Staying around the famous Soi 11 at Bangkok got me across some really good juicy excellent burgers.
Located near the nightclubs of Insanity and Levels , many party people would have surely passed by this little gem called Daniel Thaiger.

I know , some of you will be wondering. Really? Burgers in Bangkok?
Yes, Daniel Thaiger serves quality burgers worth your buck.
Not a burger connoisseur , but heck ya this has gotta be one of the best burgers I tasted in SEA so far .
For the reasonable prices & burger selection available. Personally this has gotta be the place to be .
'The chef, Mark Falcioni, is a LA native who began cruising the signature red truck around Sukhumvit 2013, quickly establishing a reputation and selling out his stock nearly every night. In 2016, Falcioni expanded his burger empire to include a permanent stand on Sukhumvit Soi 11, but the truck is still as active as ever. '

The Menu

What I love is the choices are limited yet covers all the meats that I eat. heh
Just the right amount of choices.
The famous selection of burgers include : Thaiger , Steve , Cowboy and Salmon.
I went for the Thaiger .

One of the things the owner emphasizes is that the quality of their beef should always be fresh and never frozen .
You can also choose how you want your burger cooked . Medium rare is what I would recommend , it was perfection.
Dosed in a bit of Worcestershire sauce , and seasoned with salt and pepper . Added on with crispy bacon , cheese...
I m salivating as Im typing this post right now.
Overall..
When it comes to burgers in Asia , Yes we are getting there. But to have freshly made patties , I have to say Daniel Thaiger did it right.
Its a classic feel to the American fast food take away . Its just fantastic .
If you are ever in Bangkok , I would definitely recommend you to try one of the gems of the city.
4.5/5 Stars Recommended.
